上海国际航运研究中心举办的"发展保赔保险，促进上海双中心建设研讨会"将于2013年9月17日（星期二）1400在上海市虹口区霍山路150号（近远洋宾馆）本中心会议室（一楼）举行（请提前10分钟登记）。
本次研讨会由本中心及其所属航运政策与法律研究所组织，本次会议旨在讨论如何突破"软"限制，引进外资保陪巨头，建立上海保赔保险、航运保险市场，促进上海国际航运、金融中心建设。论坛与会人士包括中外航运界知名专家、学者，及相关保赔协会、保险经纪公司、保赔通代公司、保险公司、保监会、浦东新区金融服务局、浦东新区航运服务办公室的代表。

Invitation for the Seminar of Development of P&I Insurance and Promote the Construction of Shanghai Dual Centre
Dear Madam /Sir,
We are pleased to inform you that the Seminar of Development of P&I Insurance and Promote the Construction of Shanghai Dual Centre will be held in the conference room of Shanghai International Shipping Institute at 1400 on 17 September 2013 (Tuesday). By this letter, we would like invite you to join us and attend the seminar.
This seminar is organised by Shanghai International Shipping Institute and its Shipping Policy and Law Institute. The aim of this seminar is to discuss how to break through the ‘soft’ limit to introduce foreign P&I Club, construction of Shanghai P&I insurance and shipping insurance market and promote the construction of Shanghai International Shipping and Finance Centre. The participants include the experts and scholars actively engaged in the shipping and financial industries at home and abroad, as well as the representatives from relevant P&I Club, insurance brokers company, correspondent for P&I Club, insurance company, Insurance Regulatory Commission, Pudong Financial Service Bureau, Pudong Shipping Service Office.

To extend the aim of this seminar, we will collect, compile and publish papers on shipping finance, please kindly forward the electronic copies of your articles to us by email.
