22pc more Houston cargo in February

Houston port said there was a 22 per cent year-on-year rise in February's overall cargo volume and a 40 per cent increase in laden containers in a statement bereft of cargo statistics beyond saying it lifted six million tons in the first two months of 2015, according to Shipping Gazette.
