United Airlines first half air cargo increases 7.9pc

United Airlines (UAL) has posted 7.9 per cent increase in first half cargo revenue ton miles to 1.51 billion and a 1.9 per cent second quarter improvement in volume to 216.25 million tons year on year, according to Shipping Gazette.

UAL's July 2015 revenue passenger miles increased 2.8 per cent and consolidated capacity (available seat miles) increased 2.4 per cent year on year with a July load factor up 0.3 points compared to July 2014.

United Airlines and United Express operate an average of nearly 5,000 flights a day to 362 airports across six continents.

    联合航空2015年7月收入乘客英里数同比增长了2.8%，综合能力（可用座位英里）同比增长了2.4%，负载系数同比上涨0.3个百分点。

    联合航空和美国运通平均每天运营近5000航班，362架飞机穿梭于六大洲。
