Maersk Line reaches agreement with Oetker Group to acquire Hamburg Sud

MAERSK Line and the Oetker Group have reached an agreement for Maersk Line to acquire Hamburg Sud, the German container shipping line. The acquisition is subject to final agreement and regulatory approvals, according to a Maersk Line statement.

Maersk Line expects the regulatory process to last until the end of 2017. Until then, Hamburg Sud and Maersk Line will continue business as usual, the statement.

    马士基航运已与欧特克集团就收购欧特克集团旗下航运企业--汉堡南美一事达成协议。根据马士基航运公司声明，收购事项须待最终协议和监管部门的批准之后方能完成。
