DP World taps funds for $1bn logistics initiatives in India
DP WORLD has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Indian National Investment and Infrastructure Fund to ensure funding for its planned move to develop the country’s logistics sector.
The Dubai-based terminal operator is targeting investments of more than $1bn over the next few years for the development of port infrastructure for the Sagarmala project, creation of the Delhi-Mumbai industrial corridor, river transportation and cold storage, port-led special economic zones, free trade zones, inland container depots and cruise terminals.

迪拜环球计划在未来几年陆续向印度投入10亿美元,用于Sagarmala项目中的港口基础设施建设、德里-孟买工业走廊的设立、内河运输和冷藏、港口特别经济区、自由贸易区、内陆集装箱堆场和邮轮码头等方面。
